March 24, 2020 To: All our customers and suppliers The COVID-19 situation has continued to rapidly evolve, and increased measures have been announced by the federal and the provincial governments. We continue to monitor new measures closely. First and foremost, your safety and well-being is our priority. We would like to inform everyone that Creighton Rock Drill Limited is classified as an essential service and that we are open for business. Pick Up’s and Orders We want everyone to take the necessary steps to ensure your safety and others. If you are coming to pick up the product or place orders, please call us in advance so we can prepare your orders and reduce your wait time once you arrive. Our doors are locked but again we’re open for business when you arrive please call us and we will then load your order in or on your vehicle. Signatures/ Confirmation of Pick Up As well we want to reduce the chance of this virus spreading, we do not require a signature but will ask for your name and we will write it on the paper. PO’s are required whether it be a name, a number, Jobsite or some form of reference determined by your office or you. Suppliers At this time we kindly ask that any supplier and or sales personnel reschedule any appointments in the near future. We ask that you do not show up to our offices unless told otherwise by your direct person of contact at CRD. We can schedule video conferences and or phone calls to discuss business moving forward. We would like to remind all employees, customers, and suppliers to cooperate in taking steps to reduce the transmission of communicable diseases in the workplace:
- Wash your hands frequently with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
- Cover your mouth with tissues whenever you sneeze, and discard used tissues in the trash.
- Keep a safe distance of 6 feet from each other
- Avoid people who are sick with respiratory symptoms.
- Clean frequently touched surfaces.
- It is recommended that you use cleaning sprays and wipes to clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces such as telephones, keyboards, doors.
