Bruxite

Maximum wear time, optimal protection, hard steel that works for you! Olofsfors edge steel and wear bars are tools of guaranteed quality; manufactured by the same high-strength boron steel that Olofsfors is known for.
Bruxite is offered in a wide array of different products sold and distributed by CRD. It has excellent weld-ability properties, and has systematic quality control ensuring quality hard and tough material from one edge to the other for maximum wear time.

Cutting Edges

Straight edge steel that is available in any number of dimensions in Bruxite 500 which is used to reduce front lip wear protection. This then results in a lighter and sharper bucket leading to higher productivity. Bruxite 500 is now offered that is released in two different strengths, under 2” is 500 Hbr, and over 2” is 440 Hbr.

The new Bruxite Wear Blocks offer all these terrific benefits.

Grouser Bars

Available in 7 different profiles, the combination of hardness, toughness and weldability offer excellent value for money for many different abrasive applications.

 

Half arrow edges

Offered in 5 sizes, the half arrow edges are most commonly used as front edges on loader buckets and also side edge protectors between teeth and bucket. Protecting the cutting edge and underside of the bucket, the half arrow edge is a cost efficient solution for extra wear protection and a way to repair a worn cutting edge off of a used bucket.
